Trinityhouse has joined Ingage Support, a leading technology platform for schools that deters and controls harmful or inappropriate behaviour while supporting the mental health of all. Ingage Support empowers students and staff with an easy-to-use app to safely and anonymously report anything of concern to school officials – from cyberbullying to threats of violence, discrimination, suicidal thoughts or self-harm. Ingage Support empowers students and staff to stand up for themselves and others while giving our school the insight we need to keep everyone safe.

With Ingage Support, students or teachers can submit anonymous reports containing text, photos, or videos. Administrators, who have been trained by the Ingage team, are then able to respond, contain and investigate incidents in a backend management system called Ingage Support Admin. This Admin provides efficient and powerful investigative tools to our staff, including the ability to message with the sender, which will allow us to address issues instantly.

As young people continue to engage more with the online world, we are taking a proactive step to empower our students to take control of their own mental health by providing a space where mental health resources and advice can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Ingage Support does more than just help schools address incidents and  prevent risk - by providing self-help tips, information on mental health, signs to be aware of, and guidance on how to help someone struggling - mental health awareness, prevention and empowerment will be strengthened at all levels of schools. In addition, students will be able to monitor and record their moods each day which will help develop their emotional intelligence but also alert our trained staff if any one of our students are at risk.
